Iqra Tutors Pakistan is committed to providing high-quality, professional, and ethical tutoring services both within Pakistan and internationally. We work with qualified and experienced tutors to ensure academic excellence for our students through home and online tuition.
We expect our tutors to follow this policy strictly to maintain professional standards and ensure positive outcomes for students and parents.
2. Tutor Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in the relevant subject

Master’s degree (MSc/MA) is preferred

Additional certifications or teaching licenses are a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
Tutors must be:

Experienced in the specific class or subject they teach

Professional in their conduct, appearance, and communication

Experts in their curriculum (Punjab Board, Federal Board, Cambridge, or Oxford)
Preferences:

Fluency in spoken and written English
-
Experience in teaching Punjab Board, Oxford, and Cambridge curricula
3. Registration Policy
Free Registration:

No charges to register on our platform under this option
-
Placement may take more time depending on demand and area
Paid Registration:
-
Online Tutors: Rs. 1500 PKR

Home Tutors (Pakistan): Rs. 1000 PKR
-
International Tutors: $15 USD
Note: Paid registration ensures priority in tuition referrals.
Fees can be paid via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or by in-person visit.
Refunds:

Refunds are only issued if no tuition is provided within 30 days of registration.

If any tuition is assigned, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
4. Tuition Allocation Procedure
How Tutors Receive Tuition:

Tutors must regularly check WhatsApp status and broadcast messages for tuition updates

Teaching vacancies are also posted on:

Facebook page and group

Other social media
-
Response Guidelines:

Read messages carefully
-
Respond only if tuition is nearby, suitable, and you meet all client requirements

The tutor who responds earliest and is most suitable will be assigned
Feedback Time Limit:

Tutors must provide feedback within 3 hours of receiving client details
-
Tutors who fail to respond will be deprioritized in future allocations
5. Demo Class Policy
-
Tutors must conduct free demo classes for 2–3 days
-
If parents request more than 3 days, tutors may charge accordingly
-
Tutors must:

Contact the client immediately after receiving details
-
Keep the academy updated on every step
-
Inform the academy of joining date, fee, timing, and days
-
Failing in a demo reduces the tutor’s credibility. Repeated demo failures may lead to removal from the platform.
6. Commission Policy
-
50% commission on the first month’s fee for long-term tuitions (>1 month)
-
35% commission on short-term tuitions (<1 month)
-
Tutors, agencies, or partners referring a tuition will receive 25% commission
-
Commission is deducted before tutor payout
7. Fee Collection & Disbursement

Academy collects the first month’s fee directly from the client
-
Tutor must not collect fees in the first month
-
Tutor receives payment one week after collection, minus the academy’s commission
-
From the second month onward, the tutor will collect fees directly from the parent
Note: If a tutor is irregular or negligent, payment may be delayed to the end of the month.
8. Code of Conduct
Prohibited:

Hitting or physically punishing any student

Using abusive language
-
Sharing sensitive client information
-
Fraud, miscommunication, or presenting fake documents
Required:

Maintain punctuality and professionalism
-
Respect student, parents, and academy policies
-
Provide weekly/monthly progress reports

Notify academy of any disputes or complaints
9. Disciplinary Actions & Violations
Your registration will be cancelled if you:

Submit fake documents
-
Give delayed or no feedback
-
Share client data or private information
-
Engage in fraud or scams
-
Violate any academy policy
If registration is cancelled:

All tuitions will be withdrawn
-
An alternative tutor will be assigned
Iqra Tutors reserves the right to:

Take legal action in cases of fraud

Inform employers and family in case of serious misconduct
-
Report misconduct to authorities when needed
10. Child Protection & Harassment Policy
We follow the laws of the Constitution of Pakistan:

No child shall be subjected to physical punishment, harassment, or neglect

Tutors must maintain ethical and legal conduct
-
Any form of abuse will result in legal action and permanent dismissal
11. Security Guidelines

Tutors must provide a copy of CNIC to the parent

Misconduct is reported to our legal team and may lead to police involvement

Tutors involved in fraud will be blacklisted and legally pursued
12. Final Notes

Tutors must stay informed via official communication channels

Violation of any clause may result in removal, legal action, or non-payment
Reminder:
The teaching profession is honorable. We expect tutors to uphold the dignity of this role with honesty, discipline, and respect. Iqra Tutors Pakistan supports and protects its tutors—but only when policies are followed.
13. Additional Policies & Enhancements
Professional Communication:

Tutors must use respectful, formal language when communicating with parents, students, or academy staff.

Use of slang, sarcasm, or unprofessional tone during messages or classes is prohibited.
Dress Code (for Online Classes):

Tutors are expected to maintain a professional appearance during video sessions.

Avoid casual or inappropriate clothing, especially in live video interactions.
Attendance & Class Logs:
-
Tutors must maintain a personal record/log of classes, including topics covered and attendance.

This record may be requested by the academy or parents at any time. Emergency Absence:

In case of a personal emergency, tutors must inform the academy and parent at least 2 hours in advance.
-
Repeated emergency absences without proper communication may lead to blacklisting.
Respecting Student Privacy:

Tutors must never ask for or share private student details (photos, addresses, passwords, etc.).

Any breach of this policy will result in immediate dismissal and potential legal consequences.
Conflict Resolution:

If any dispute arises with a parent or student, tutors must notify the academy immediately.

Tutors must not argue, threaten, or attempt to resolve disputes unilaterally.
Academic Honesty:

Tutors must not complete assignments, projects, or exam work on behalf of students.

Assisting students in cheating or plagiarism is strictly forbidden.
Evaluation Support:

Tutors should help students understand evaluation patterns, exam techniques, and paper presentation (if applicable).

No false claims or guaranteed result promises are allowed.
Class Environment:

Tutors must create a distraction-free environment for online sessions (avoid background noise, interruptions, etc.).

Repeated complaints about the learning environment may result in penalties.
Substitution or Proxy Tutors:

Tutors are not allowed to send a substitute without written approval from the academy.

Doing so without permission will lead to termination.
Dual Commitments:

Tutors working with other academies must declare their availability honestly.

Overbooking or conflicting schedules will result in performance review or temporary suspension.
Tutor Identification:

Tutors must cooperate in ID verification steps when requested (video call, CNIC scan, reference check).

Failure to verify identity will disqualify the tutor from further tuition.
Parent Feedback Forms:

Tutors may be asked to submit signed feedback forms from parents after the first week of tuition.

This helps ensure transparency and satisfaction tracking.
Legal Declaration:

By joining Iqra Tutors Pakistan, every tutor agrees to follow this policy in full.

Any violation will result in appropriate action including removal, blacklisting, legal notice, or public alert (if needed).
