Student Policy

To ensure a successful, respectful, and secure tutoring experience, all parents and students associated with Iqra Tutors Pakistan are expected to follow the guidelines below. These rules are designed to protect tutors (especially female tutors), ensure quality education, and maintain a professional environment.

1. Service Charges

Iqra Tutors Pakistan does not charge any consultancy or service fee from students or parents. All tutor arrangements and coordination services are provided free of cost. Parents/students are only responsible for the agreed tuition fee, payable as outlined below.


2. Tutor Verification & Female Tutor Safety

To ensure a secure and professional tutoring environment, especially for female tutors, proper verification is mandatory before assigning any tutor.

Verification Methods:

  • A representative may physically visit the tuition location to record:

    • Student’s full name and guardian’s name

    • Address, contact number, and CNIC

    • Number of students, subjects, and class level

  • Alternatively, the following may be accepted:

    • A short video introduction of the student(s) and location

    • A live video verification call with a parent or guardian

For Female Tutors:

  • No female tutor will be assigned without complete verification

  • Female tutors must be received respectfully and never left unattended at the gate

  • Parents should ensure a safe and respectful environment during tuition hours

  • A female guardian’s presence during the first few sessions is recommended

  • Evening classes for female tutors should end before 8 PM, unless mutually agreed and verified


3. Fee Criteria

Tuition fees are decided based on:

  • Tutor’s experience and qualifications

  • Subjects, syllabus type, and class level

  • Number of students and teaching hours per week

  • Nature of tuition: home-based or online

  • Travel distance and availability of transport (for home tuitions)

Note: A free trial class is usually arranged before confirming regular tuition.


4. Tuition Confirmation

Parents/students must inform the academy after finalizing a tutor by providing:

  • Tutor’s name

  • Confirmed fee amount

  • Number of classes per week and time slot

  • Tuition start date

Failure to notify the academy may result in lack of support in future issues or complaints.


5. First Month Fee Submission

  • The first month’s fee must be submitted directly to the academy within 7 days of tutor confirmation

  • Payment methods include:

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Raast

  • Tutors are not to be paid directly during the first month without the academy’s approval

  • From the second month onwards, fee may be paid directly to the tutor after satisfactory performance


6. Communication & Behavior Guidelines

  • Respectful and academic language must be maintained at all times

  • Harassment, misbehavior, or inappropriate remarks toward tutors will result in termination of service

  • Tutors are to be treated with professional courtesy

  • Any conflicts or misunderstandings must be resolved via academy mediation

  • Avoid unnecessary personal conversations or contact outside tuition hours


7. Complaint & Performance Reporting

  • Any dissatisfaction with the tutor’s performance or conduct must be reported promptly

  • Delayed complaints can affect service quality and resolution

  • Do not withhold information or continue with a tutor if you are unhappy—contact the academy instead

  • Academy will resolve issues by offering replacement, refund, or corrective action

  • Monthly progress reports may be requested from the tutor


8. Student Discipline and Engagement

  • Students must attend classes on time and with proper preparation

  • Repeated absenteeism or lack of interest may lead to termination of the tuition

  • Parents should:

    • Ensure minimal distractions during class time

    • Provide required books, notebooks, and stationery

    • Create a quiet, comfortable learning space

Note: The tutor is not responsible for student misbehavior, refusal to study, or irregular attendance.


9. Safety and Security for Home Tuitions

  • Tutors must be received and seen off with courtesy

  • Parents/guardians should be present at the location during classes, especially in early sessions

  • Suspicious behavior, if any, must be immediately reported to the academy

  • Security cameras, if installed, must be disclosed to the tutor

For added security:

  • Tutors and parents may exchange CNIC copies upon mutual agreement

  • Avoid sending underage students outside to pick or drop the tutor

  • Tutors should not be left alone in the home unnecessarily


10. Online Class Safety & Etiquette

For online tuitions:

  • Students must join the session on time with camera and mic setup ready

  • A quiet and distraction-free background should be arranged

  • Students must not record or screenshot the tutor without permission

  • Parents should periodically monitor online sessions for quality and safety

  • Any internet or technical issue must be communicated in advance

  • Tutors are not responsible for lost time due to student-side internet failures


11. Academic Transparency

Parents may:

  • Request a copy of the tutor’s academic qualifications

  • Monitor the student’s academic progress through feedback or sample assessments

  • Track syllabus coverage monthly

  • Raise concerns about teaching methodology or coverage to the academy directly


12. Tuition Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If a class needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours’ notice should be given

  • Repeated cancellations or irregular attendance may result in termination of service

  • Tutors are expected to inform in advance in case of leave

  • Missed classes must be compensated as per mutual agreement

Note: Refunds are not provided unless cancellation is due to tutor’s fault or unsatisfactory service, and approved by the academy.


13. Academy Rights and Discretion

  • The academy reserves the right to replace or discontinue a tutor if performance is unsatisfactory

  • Fee transfers may be delayed or withheld if misconduct or breach of terms is reported

  • In certain cases, the academy may collect monthly fee directly to avoid issues

  • Tutors violating academy rules may be blacklisted permanently


14. Review and Feedback

Parents/students are encouraged to share honest reviews on:

  • Google

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Twitter/X

  • LinkedIn

Monthly performance check-ins may be conducted via WhatsApp , feedback form or call.


15. Final Notes

  • All policies are subject to change by the academy at any time with prior notice

  • Cooperation and communication between all three parties (academy, tutor, parent) are key to successful tuition

  • Parents must maintain responsibility for their child’s behavior and academic responsibility
